Easy Running on hard packed gravel forest trails. Perfect for the beginner or long-time runner. A 1 lap course that stays nice and close to the event village while still enjoying the best that the forest has to offer. Quality underfoot conditions will allow you to open up or relax and enjoy the majesty that is walking through the pines.
AID STATIONS
The 5km event will be well supported with 1 aid stations located along the courses. Aid stations will be at the approximate following km marks and will be stocked with water and electrolyte drink.
